Darkness seems to consume this room.. Though the windows to the right give way to a small amount of moon light, everything is cast into the shadows..
After choosing this path, you look around this room in a bit of interest.. wondering what it might hold. But so far, nothing catches your attention.
Stepping further into the room, you take notice of two twin beds and a desk with an open journal laying atop it. So, you decided to walk over to the journal, it's pages long yellowed, the text slightly faded.. Yet, you can still make out a few words..

I'm beginning to fear the outcome of this experiment more and more.. Though, I must say, the results are quite impressive, I'm afraid for the condition of Miss Lucrecia. Professor Hojo keeps her down in the lab for so many hours a day, I fear that it may be harming her health, and that of the child she is carrying. The Turk that has accompanied us has not only tried to interfere, but also, attempted to talk to Miss Lucrecia about this experiment. Though I highly doubt he fully understands it, he wants to stop her at all costs from going through with it. Professor Hojo grows more impatient by the day, while churning out his results.. Dear God.. I hope we're doing the right thing.. But if not.. If Hojo continues this.. *infatuation* for completing this experiment, I only hope the Turk can get Miss Lucrecia and her child far away from here. ~Gast |
This strange entry baffles you nonetheless.. What does it mean..? What experiment?
Stepping away from the book, you walk over to one of the beds and take a seat. Your eyes drift over to the nightstand directly next to you.. So with much curiosity, you tug the drawer open..
You rummage around for a moment, until her fingers brush against something.. Lifting it from the drawer, you bring it to eye level.. Just what is it..? A picture?
Though the simplicity... It strikes you as adorable.. Could that be the child? And if so.. Who's the man in the blue suit..?
This doesn't make sense.. Not much at all.. That man could be the Turk that was spoken of.. In fact, you even remember hearing from somewhere that the Turks were nicknamed "The Men in Blue", hence the blue suit.
You just stand up, leaving the picture in the drawer as you make your way back out to the hallway..
